    Since joining Chambers, David has been gaining experience of the full spectrum of immigration work, including family visas, deportation and bail, Global Talent, Skilled Worker, and Visitor visas. He has assisted barristers with preparing initial applications, appeals, and judicial reviews/Pre-Action Protocols.

  • Experience:

    Prior to joining Richmond Chambers, David was a summer intern at REDRESS, an NGO dedicated to promoting justice and reparation for victims of torture. At REDRESS, David worked with the financial accountability team on utilising targeted sanctions and asset recovery as responses to human rights violations and corruption. He has also volunteered with an immigration law clinic for foreign nationals held at HMP Huntercombe and worked as a research assistant in EU law. During his undergraduate degree, David was involved in a student-led pro bono clinic offering research assistance to NGOs working in international justice.
