GLOBAL TALENT VISAS

The UK Global Talent visa is for leaders and potential leaders in arts and culture, film and television, digital technology, the design industry, architecture, fashion design, research and academia who wish to work in the UK without needing employer sponsorship.

The Arts and Culture Global Talent visa is for internationally recognised artists, cultural practitioners and creative professionals who wish to work in the UK and who are either already leaders in their field or have the potential to become leaders.

The UK Global Talent visa route is open to established leaders in film, television, animation, post-production and visual effects who wish to work in the UK without needing sponsorship by a UK employer.

The UK Global Talent Visa Design Industry route is open to talented and promising designers who wish to work in the UK. The Global Talent Visa for Designers is for applicants who are leaders in the Design Industry field, or have the potential to become leaders, as determined by Arts Council England, with Design Industry applications assessed by the Design Business Association (DBA) on behalf of Arts Council England.

The UK Global Talent visa for architects is for architecture professionals who are recognised as leaders, or potential leaders, in the field of architecture and who wish to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.

The UK Global Talent visa for fashion designers is for fashion design professionals who are recognised as leaders, or potential leaders, in the fashion design industry and who wish to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.

The UK Global Talent visa for digital technology is for leaders and potential leaders in the digital technology sector who wish to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.

The UK Global Talent visa for researchers and academics is for leaders and potential leaders in academia and research who wish to work in the UK in science, medicine, engineering, humanities or social science.
