We had a bit of a complicated case as both of us were self-employed in some regard, and wanted to make sure we were presenting information correctly for the case worker. She was responsive, detailed, and went the extra mile in ensuring our application was as strong as possible. We were approved quickly after submitting – overall, it made for a very easy and smooth process.”

The wait from Home Office to make a final decision was extremely long, but Zarina went above and beyond to try to speed the process up by constantly chasing up HO and was always there to solve any difficulties I was facing while stuck in limbo.
