  • Practice:

    Since joining Richmond Chambers, Tabitha has been assisting our immigration barristers with preparing applications for personal migration clients, including spouse visa applications under Appendix FM, naturalisation applications and applications under the EU Settlement Scheme.

  • Experience:

    Before joining Richmond Chambers, Tabitha volunteered for Yarl’s Wood Befrienders and Southall Black Sisters to support women in immigration detention centres and victims of domestic violence. She has experience drafting cover letters to the Home Office and providing assistance to women seeking leave to remain and recourse to public funds. Tabitha previously won the HART Prize for Human Rights for an essay on how best to facilitate an effective human rights discourse to combat gender-based violence.

    In her spare time, Tabitha is a mentor for the Griffin Law Programme. This outreach initiative conducts advocacy and legal skills workshops for sixth form students.
