Stefania has a busy practice involving a wide range of personal and business immigration matters, including family migration, EEA applications, asylum and human rights claims and appeals, and applications under the points based system.

Stefania is particularly experienced in advising clients with personal immigration matters.  She regularly assists clients of Richmond Chambers to prepare successful family-based visa and immigration applications under the Immigration Rules.  Her clients include spouses, fiancées, unmarried partners and adult dependent relatives of British and settled persons.

Stefania also prepares applications for leave to remain in the UK on the basis of her clients’ rights to private and family life and is regularly engaged on applications for visit visas, settlement and naturalisation, as well as by EU nationals and their family members applying for pre-settled and settled status.

Stefania additionally brings experience of business immigration, having worked with businesses and skilled individuals on applications under the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), Exceptional Talent and Sole Representative of an Overseas Businesses and Representative of an Overseas Newspaper routes.

Stefania is also regularly engaged to provide legal advice and representation in relation to immigration appeals.  She has prepared numerous successful human rights appeals against decisions of the Secretary of State for the Home Department and Entry Clearance Officers.

Stefania has previously volunteered as a legal advisor in the immigration department of the University of Law’s Trainee Litigation Programme. This consisted of visiting and advising clients in immigration removal centres on potential bail applications.
