    Isabella currently assists in personal and business immigration matters. This includes applications under Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules for spousal visas, the registration of children under section 3(1) of the British Nationality Act, Global Talent, Innovator and Expansion worker visa applications.

  • Experience:

    Before joining Richmond Chambers, Isabella worked as a caseworker for a legal aid law firm involving public law cases with human rights elements, community care and housing cases. She developed an interest in immigration law through doing Pro Bono work alongside her studies in personal immigration matters, including applications for immigration bail, as well as through volunteering to teach English to overseas workers.

    Isabella has also had roles in legal transcription, editing, writing services and academic research.
