  • Practice:

    Since joining Chambers, Grace has assisted our barristers on a wide range of immigration matters, across both personal and business immigration law. On the business side, Grace regularly assists on Sponsor Licence and Skilled Worker Visa applications, as well as the Global Business Mobility,  Innovator Founder and Entrepreneur Routes.  

    On the personal side, Grace has extensive experience preparing Global Talent endorsement and visa applications, as well as applications under Appendix FM, the EU Settlement Scheme, Appendix Long Residence and citizenship applications. 

     

  • Experience:

    Prior to joining Richmond Chambers, Grace worked as a volunteer caseworker at Bail for Immigration Detainees (BID). Grace first developed an interest immigration and asylum law while volunteering with Refugee Aid Serbia and the Asylum Protection Centre in Belgrade, Serbia.
