  • Practice:

    Emilia works on a wide range of cases at Richmond Chambers. She works on personal immigration matters such as partner and family routes, visit visas, human rights claims, naturalisation and registration as a citizen, and appeals against deprivation of citizenship. She also works on business immigration matters including sponsor licence applications, visa applications for the Skilled Worker and Global Talent routes.

  • Experience:

    Before working at Richmond Chambers, Emilia interned as a research assistant at a range of prestigious research institutes and NGOs such as the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law, the Constitution Unit UCL and the International Bar Association. In addition to working as a legal associate, she is a regular contributor to the UK Human Rights Blog and volunteers for the Free Representation Unit.
