  • Practice:

    Since joining Chambers, Miranda has been assisting our barristers with personal immigration matters, including applications to the EU Settlement Scheme and under Appendix FM. Miranda has also worked on asylum claims and appeals against the refusals of Adult Dependent Relative and Spouse visa applications.

     

  • Experience:

    Prior to joining Richmond Chambers, Miranda volunteered as an Accommodation Lead for Care4Calais whilst studying for her Postgraduate Diploma in Law. In this role, Miranda coordinated aid provided by the charity Care4Calais to asylum seekers housed in hotels in Epsom and Kingston. Miranda managed a team of volunteers, organised distributions of food and clothing, and ran fortnightly casework sessions. Miranda has also volunteered as a Legal Research Assistant for the charity EVOLVE- Foundation for International Legal Assistance. 

    Alongside her work at Richmond Chambers, Miranda is studying the Bar Course part-time at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy.
