Practice:
Kian works on a wide range of cases at Richmond Chambers. He works on personal immigration matters such as partner and family routes, visit visas, human rights claims, naturalisation and registration as a citizen.
He also works on business immigration matters including sponsor licence applications and visa applications for the Skilled Worker and Global Talent routes.

Experience:
Before joining Richmond Chambers, Kian worked at IOM UN Migration in Laos, where he worked across a number of areas including counter trafficking, border management, and human rights.
During his undergraduate studies, he worked as a research officer for a member of Parliament. Prior to this, he volunteered at North Kensington Law Centre, where he supported on a number of asylum and immigration cases.
