Join Us - Barrister or Solicitor - Up to 5 years PQE - Full-time - Permanent
Richmond Chambers LLP is an innovative partnership of specialist immigration barristers and other immigration law professionals who share a core commitment to providing high quality immigration law advice and representation directly to members of the public. An opportunity has now arisen for a talented and ambitious barrister or solicitor of up to 5 years PQE to join our immigration team.
The successful immigration practitioner will be able to demonstrate both depth of experience and ability to work to a high standard, without supervision, across at least two of the following areas:
• Tier 1 (Investor) and/or Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)
• Tier 2 Sponsor Licence and Compliance Management
• Tier 2 (General) and/or Tier 5 (Temporary Worker)
• EEA free movement
• Family migration
The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background and previous experience of developing strong client relationships. Experience of working on both applications and appeals (including advocacy) will be an advantage. Proficiency in all MS Office applications and a willingness to embrace new technology will be required.

Salary: From £40,000 depending on experience + bonus + benefits
