Eve has experience assisting with a broad range of personal and business immigration cases, including immigration applications, appeals, administrative reviews and judicial reviews. 

Eve has assisted with applications under Appendix FM relying on exceptional circumstances and Article 8 ECHR, human rights applications under Appendix Private Life and complex EU Settlement Scheme applications. She has assisted with human rights appeals in both the First-tier and Upper Tribunal, including asylum cases, appeals against the refusal of adult dependent relative visas and appeals based on family life with a partner in the UK. She has also helped prepare judicial review challenges to certification decisions under s.94 Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002, and challenges to deception allegations and unsuccessful visit visa applications. 

Before commencing pupillage, Eve worked as a Legal Associate in Chambers, assisting with both personal and business immigration cases. 

Eve worked as Lord Justice Singh’s Judicial Assistant in the Court of Appeal in the legal  year 2025-2026, conducting legal research for public law and human rights cases. Eve has also interned as a  Research Assistant at the International Law Commission at the United Nations Office in Geneva. 

Additionally, Eve has experience volunteering with the Waterloo Advice Service, the Cambridge Pro Bono Project and Citizens Advice.
