Lucy’s practice at Richmond Chambers includes a wide variety of immigration and nationality cases. Her immigration work ranges from family applications to EEA applications, visit visas, and asylum and human rights claims and appeals. She also assists with applications to naturalise or register as a British citizen, and challenges to decisions to deprive citizenship.
Lucy regularly assists with successful family applications within the Immigration Rules, including for partners, children and adult dependent relatives of British and settled persons. She also has experience with successful applications and appeals on the basis of the right to a private and family life.
Lucy has additional experience in business immigration, assisting with both applications and administrative reviews under the points based system, including under the Innovator, Turkish Business Person, Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), and Global Talent routes.
Prior to joining Richmond Chambers, Lucy’s casework also included deportation appeals, applications for indefinite leave under the domestic violence provisions, and a wide range of family and asylum applications and appeals.
